- Prior to leaving the concrete jungle, nature lovers should acuire as much information about their destination as possible and prepare all equipment required for the outhing, viz light backpacks, tents, sleeping bag s, flashighths, raincoats, water coolers, medicine, ropes, diaries, plastic bags, multi-purpose knives and cemeras.

- Fit clothes, preferably long-sleeved shirts and those which allow for good air ventilation and adorned with natural colour tones could be just right. Head gear like hats , caps are recommended for protection from bugs, thoms and the sun. Well -heeled shoes are also as necessary as jackets for cold nights.

- When in the jungles, walk with constant steps in a single line and rest every hour. Make sure that your eyes are familiar eith the surroundings. Travellers are advised to stay close to one another both during the day and night. Do not make noise.
