Wat
Phra Phutthabat Ratchaworawihan
houses "a Buddha footprint" on
stone on Suwan Banphot Hill or Mount Satchaphan Khiri.
Twice a year, festivals are held here. Take Highway 1
and then 310.
Wat Phra Phutthachai, on
Highway 1's 102-km mark, has a silhouette of a Buddha
image on a cliff. There are spiralling ladders leading
up to the green hill.

Muak
Lek Arboretum with a stream running
from the Khao Yai National Park. Small waterfalls are
created when the stream hits many rocks along its way.
Flyover bridges, on both sides of the stream, hang amid
thick forests. This park is 37 km away from downtown.
Take Highway 2.
Chet Sao Noi Waterfall or Namtok
Sao Noi, close to Muak Lek Park, features a seven-layer
waterfall nestling amid pure nature.
Bird Park at Tambon Phai Tam
has been a sanctuary for various kinds of birds for more
than 50 years. Take Highway 1 and turn left at the 84-km
mark.
Phu Khae Botanical Park on
Highway 1 is home to various plants for research purposes.
The park is spacious with a stream inside, making it a
good recreational spot.
